Andrea Rothe
Andrea Rothe graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Business Economics major and Exercise Sports Science minor. During her academic career, she was on a full-ride Division 1 tennis scholarship and went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Business Economics. Andrea was also a part of Team USA Figure Skating Team. Her professional career began in real estate in Los Angeles, before moving to Nashville and joining the sales team in the human capital management industry and gaining 6 years of expertise in payroll, HR, and benefits administration. Andrea enjoys working with small business owners, streamlining processes to make them more successful.
Andrea is married and has 2 children - Sofia and Luka. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to different countries, exploring National Parks and hot yoga.

Ann Claire Johnson
Born and raised in Nashville, Ann Claire began her accounting career after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Samford University in 2005. She worked for a local accounting firm for 10 years, focusing on tax and accounting services, before branching out on her own. Being QuickBooks Certified, her main focus is assisting small to medium-sized businesses with bookkeeping and financial needs. Over the years, Andrea and Ann Claire have helped hundreds of small business owners, and after building a strong professional relationship, they decided to combine their skills and continue helping the community.
Ann Claire graduated from Lipscomb Academy, married with one son - Pierce. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, hot yoga, and exploring new restaurants, especially for brunch.

Gigi Pintar

Gigi graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and also earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Morton College in Illinois. Originally from Bulgaria, Gigi spent the last 12 years living and working in Chicago, IL and recently moved to Nashville to be close to family. Gigi has worked in diverse aspects of accounting in the last decade, gaining experience both in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
Gigi is married and has two daughters - Aurora and Lara. In her spare time, Gigi likes to travel, play the piano, study Spanish and spend time outdoors.

Mallory Lasater

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Mallory earned her Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Accounting from MTSU in May 2019. Mallory has over 5 years experience in public accounting handling year-round bookkeeping and financial reporting for small businesses, full-service payroll, and tax preparation.
Mallory and her husband, John, have been married since October 2017 and welcomed a new bundle of joy, Laney Ann, in March 2022. In her free time, Mallory likes to spend time with family and friends and play piano.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Tyler has bounced around middle Tennessee after graduating from Lipscomb University. Tyler graduated with both a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. Tyler has spent the majority of the last 12 years of his career in the corporate accounting sector. Over his career, Tyler has remained passionate about developing relationships while challenging himself professionally.
Tyler is married to his wife, Hope, and has two sons, Isaiah and Oliver. In his spare time, Tyler likes to spend time with family and friends, watch sports, play golf, and enjoy time with his church family.

Kim Shoemake

Kim was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and studied Business Administration at Motlow Community College and MTSU. She worked for 20 years in customer service and client relations in manufacturing before transitioning into accounting. Kim also holds her Affiliate Brokers License.
She has a strong desire to help small businesses grow and be as successful as possible, making her a wonderful asset to our Iris team. She has 2 daughters in college, making her a recent "empty-nester". She now loves to travel and spend as much time as she can seeing and photographing different places across the US.

Originally from Michigan, Saviya graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master's of Business Administration (Finance) from Oakland University. Saviya spent the majority of her career in Corporate Treasury focused on Asset Backed Securities before transitioning to Accounting. She began her accounting career at a tech startup based in San Francisco where she worked with other startups and small businesses.
Saviya loves spending time with her husband, Tyler and their four children, Kalli, Kaidyn, Kinsley, and Tyler II.

Griffin Johnson

He attended Lipscomb University where he received a BA in Psychology, and also achieved his Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary. After spending time working in mental health and then as a teacher, Griffin decided to switch gears and join the Iris team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Angi, and their two children, Finn and Shepherd. He is a sports lover, and could spend most of his time reading an interesting book.

Lindsey Brower

Originally from Winchester, Tennessee, Lindsey Brower graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her Master’s Degree in Business Administration focusing in Marketing Management and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Prior to joining Iris Financial Group, Lindsey worked in healthcare as an accountant and in the real estate business. With a combination of the two industries, she puts a great emphasis in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. She has knowledge in payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable, QuickBooks, marketing, and social media. Lindsey has a passion for always taking time to support her company and community as they continue to grow and develop.
Lindsey resides in Murfreesboro (a suburb in the Nashville metropolitan area) with her husband and 2 daughters. Although being a Mom is one of her greatest joys, you can find her cheering on the Vols, working out, cooking new recipes, volunteering in her community, or traveling.

Born in Washington DC, raised in Europe and moved back home to the United States. Mirko is a world traveler, his association with airline industry allowed him to travel for business and leisure. Life learner, he graduated with organizational science degree at University of Belgrade. Second degree as aeronautical engineer-pilot allowed him to retire after more than 40 years flying as an airline pilot. Mirko has a lifelong interest in accounting, marketing and analyzing successes of small businesses. He enjoys playing tennis and golf with his wife of almost 40 years. Proud father of two children and grandpa of 3 grand kids.

Hi Andrea and Ann, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My business partner and I started this business in 2014 purely out of the need to get out of the corporate grind and get our work-life balance back in order. We were both working long strenuous hours and didn’t have a healthy balance. We started working out of our houses and coffee shops to keep our costs as low as possible until we had some revenue to get an office. As we organically grew our company, we started to hire and now we have a staff of 13 Account Managers! We truly value each and every one of them, as they are such an integral part of our success!
